Hemant Wooden Packaging makes and treats wooden pallets under one roof. Our heat treated pallets are built from debarked timber, heated to ISPM 15 standard (56°C core for 30 minutes) and branded with our government mark IN-469 HT. Each lot comes with a heat treatment certificate, so your shipment is ready for customs anywhere in the world.
Exporters choose heat treated pallets for export because they are accepted in every ISPM 15 country. They carry no chemical residue, and they need no fumigation after loading. That saves a day in your shipping schedule and avoids the extra cost of fumigating containers that hold only wood packaging.
Wood marked as heat treated for export carries the IPPC symbol and the code IN-469 HT. IN is the country code for India, 469 is our registration number with the Plant Quarantine authority, and HT means heat treatment. Inspectors at the destination check this mark first. Pallets without it may be refused, re-treated or destroyed at the exporter's cost.

Already have pallets? Use our wooden pallet heat treatment service instead.
Heat treated pallets are wooden pallets whose wood has been heated to at least 56°C at the core for 30 minutes under ISPM 15, and marked with the IPPC HT stamp. They can be used for export without fumigation.
Solid wood pallets used in international shipments must be ISPM 15 treated, either heat treated (HT) or methyl bromide fumigated (MB). Heat treated pallets for export are accepted in every ISPM 15 country.
We make pallets to your size and load requirement, including common export sizes such as 1200 x 1000 mm, 1200 x 800 mm and 1100 x 1100 mm, in two-way and four-way entry designs.
Look for the IPPC mark with IN, the provider number and HT on two opposite sides, and ask for the heat treatment certificate. Our pallets carry the mark IN-469 HT.
Yes. ISPM 15 treated pallets can be reused as long as they are not repaired or remanufactured. If boards are replaced, the pallet must be re-treated and re-marked.
